Blaine Gabbert is listed 8th below, but McNabb's not playing any more, so he doesn't count.

For all the criticism Gabbert gets for throwing the ball too high or too low or too often or too infrequently or too far behind or too far out in front of the receiver or to the wrong receiver or without following through or without the requisite courage or with the wrong haircut or off the wrong foot or ... whatever the criticism, the one fault for which Gabbert cannot be blamed is that he is careless with the football. 

I think this bodes well for him as he and his receivers continue to develop a feel for how to run their patterns, where they should be and when, when they should expect the ball, what little movements or feints they should employ during or at the end of their routes. I think it shows an accuracy that doesn't reveal itself in his completion percentage, in that in very tight coverage Blaine is able to get the ball close enough, but just out of reach of the nearby defender.
