Obviously this is not quantifiable, but for conversation's sake, do any of you think Robiskie will have a positive affect on the WR corps/offense? It seems he didn't get much done in Cleveland, although their QB situation has been in flux for a while up until this year.
The kid is young (24) and it would be nice to see him get a little rhythm with Gabbert. He has some nice size and seems to be a heady player. It will obviously take time for him to build a "playing relationship" with Gabbert and to get a handle on the playbook.
What were his negatives in Cleveland? Judging by the TU article from today, it seems he was not very good at getting separation, which is the exact same problem our current corps is experiencing.
I hope we can see something/anything good from him, but at this point, I think our best bet, regarding receivers, will be a mix of draft and FA guys, and a complete retooling of our WR's.
Anyway, how do yall think this will play out. Interested to see the differing opinions.
