Typically when a team gets a new offensive coordinator or quarterback coach the younger quarterbacks tend to
struggle to learn the new system. Sam Bradford is the latest example of this; however, Blaine Gabbert may be a rare
exception. With the lack of a proper off season because of the lockout and already not having a real quarterback coach
he may be able to adjust more quickly when he gets a new quarterback coach & Offensive Coordinator. This could be
great because instead of a huge set back like Sam Bradford and the Rams are having, we should be able to continue
on making progress. So with new weapons offensively and additional pieces to our top 5 defense we may be able to
make a run we just have to dish out the money for people to come. I mean i don't want to get to excited or get people's
hopes up but hopefully with those new changes we can use the lockout to our advantage to be able to easily replace
Dirk Kotter and get a real QB coach.
