Could Indianapolis play themselves out of Andrew Luck?

With the Colts thrilling victory tonight over the Texans, I was wondering if the Colts played themselves out of the Andrew Luck sweepstakes. Will Minnesota or St. Louis get the #1 pick? Would St. Louis trade Bradford? How does this effect the Jaguars?

Personally I was going to be happy if the Colts ended up 0-16. I wanted them to get luck and have to rebuild and move the window of competing for the superbowl into the more distant future. If Luck doesn't fall to the Colts I see them competing for the AFC south for the next few years and being a pain in our rear.

I am not for the Jags "tanking" the game next week. I always want to win. I want to send the Weavers out on a glorious note, but this will add some a story to the finally of the 2011-2012 season.
