New Coaching Staff in place by...

Just curious when people think Jaguars will have a new permanent HC in place, and set a concrete coahing staff for next season? I would figure a new HC would want to be determined perhaps by late February at the latest, since whoever it is will need to have the time to properly prepare for the draft alongside Gene Smith.

as awesome as that would be, I doubt it since I am not sure any coordinators on playoff teams would have been interviewed by then, since within the season they are not getting interviewed. this is why I am thinking post superbowl at the earliest.

I was just watching Sportscenter

and Mort/Schefter were talking HC openings and who is likely out in 2012. When they got to the Jags, they said Tucker is likely out and that thhe Jags have their eyes on a “stealth candidate” whatever that means. they threw out two potential guys in Joe DeCamillis and Stan something. I blanked on the last name but I am pretty sure it is a Special Teams guy.

Free Agency starts in the beginning of February, we will have a head coach, and our coaching staff will be set by mid-january.
