Jaguars 2012 wish list I wish I may I wish I might have all these wishes come true for our beloved Jaguars in 2012. 1) 3 wide receivers in any order. 2 free agents and 1 draft choice or 2 draft choice and 1 free agent. 2) 1 pass rushing defensive end either a free agent or draft choice just not another Derek Harvey 3) Depending on Mathis help a corner back either a free agent if Mathis cannot go or a draft pick if he can 4) A couple of oline men to have more depth 5) 1 kicks / punts returner who is fearless but smart. 6) Some dline to build depth 7) A punter undrafted free agent, draft choice or a free agent just make him good. 8) A head coach with a passion for either offense or defensive. His coordinator with his passion for the other. 9) Coaches who are passionate about there job and are motivated to ensure that all his players give 100% each and every play. 10) A quarterback coach who will work with Gabbert during the offseason to correct his flaws. An open field for the receivers and Blaine to bond together. 11) A home playoff game

Your wish list is spot on

I have had the same wishes too. It will be difficult to get everything on here, mainly the players, considering Gene’s drafting style. However, if we can address all of these except 1 of the player wishes, we should be very good next year. Except the home playoff game one. I think we are two years away.

If Thomas gets moved to the slot

he will be kick returner and punt returner, and he’s a good one.

he didn't show much this year when given the chance to return some kicks.

Our return game is one of the bigger dissappointments, I think, of the season. We never had many big 30-50 yard kick returns or 20+ punt returns that could have helped the offense by giving them better field position.
