PROS: Very thick and powerful safety. Does a very good job of wrapping up and breaking down in the open field. Known for his high motor and passion during a game. Will come up and lay devastating hits on players. Fights for jump balls and catches well for a defensive back. Keeps his eyes on the quarterback and flows well with the plays.

CONS: Ran very slow at the NFL Combine and didn't test out very well overall. Had an assault charge in 2009 and also missed time in the 2008 season with an injury. More of a traditional strong, in the box type of safety at the NFL level and will struggle in coverage and doesn't posses much range. Looks more like a linebacker than a defensive back. Will get beat by tight ends and slot receivers in man coverage and doesn’t turn and run very well.
