Alfie's Player Ranking 42 out of 100
Projected Round: 2-3

Today continues my countdown to the Top 100 draftable players of the 2011 NFL Draft. We move on to my 42nd ranked player, Washington linebacker Mason Foster.

Height: 6-1

Weight: 241lbs

PROS: Tough player who has a constant motor. Fantastic production in his senior season. Should be able to play on the inside in both a 3-4 and a 4-3 scheme. Decent speed for his size. Can deliver big-time hits. Has a great work ethic and is a humble leader.

CONS: Isn’t a 3-down linebacker and struggles in coverage. Speed will limit him to playing on the inside only despite his pass rush ability. Can get caught up in trash and will get picked on by opposing tight ends.
