The Jacksonville Jaguars hosted New Mexico State defensive back Davon House today, Big Cat Country has learned. House is highly rated amongst draft circles and caught some scouts eyes running a 4.32 at his Pro Day back in March according to the National Football Post.

New Mexico State cornerback Davon House ran a blazing time in the 40-yard dash today, sprinting the distance in 4.32 seconds at his campus Pro Day workout, according to an NFL source attending the workout. Per the source, the slowest time on House was 4.35 seconds. The 6-foot-1, 200-pounder ran between 4.38 and 4.44 seconds at the NFL scouting combine.

Davon House is considered a second to third round pick by most, but his blazing 40-yard dash time could get him snapped up in the early second round. He definitely has the size NFL teams look for in the corner position and the blazing speed to go with it.
