I just keep coming back to the fact that the BEST cover CB on the board (or so he's being touted) would slip past us.  Also, I mean the guy has the same name as the best WR in team history- another Jimmy Smith who was able to rehab his image (well, mostly) and put up numbers for Jax for nearly a decade.  I know about character, and I tend to agree, but I also know that, even with an increased pass rush, our secondary is as bad as any secondary in the league.  If #16 is the wrong spot to take him, trade back a couple of picks and maybe snag an added 3rd/4th-rnd pick in the process.
