Colt's long time offensive coordinator? Gone.
Looks like another member of the Colt's organization has decided to move on to greener pastures. Some think he's retired, some believe he's going to be on another team's coaching staff. Either way, I'm not gonna cry about it. He was a pretty damn good offensive mind. He was also with the Steeler's in the 70's and won two Super Bowls with them while being their WR coach.
An interesting article about him can be read HERE.

Well first he was offensive coordinator
then he officially became some senior addvisor, although we all know he was still the offensive coordinator.
My only real question is why he would leave Peyton for another team’s offense?!
Maybe because he doesn't
get to do much coaching anymore ?
Here's hoping we have NFL football in 2011
This might come as a shock to you
but many people aren’t looking for an easier job. Many people out there look to be challenged and get excited by the reward of that challenge. And guys that make it to the NFL coaching ranks didn’t do so by taking the easy way out.
