Looking at the Jacksonville Jaguars defining moment

ESPN is currently running a series on each NFL team's "defining moment" in franchise history.  I saw this from the folks at Arrowhead Pride and figured what the hell, we're all old enough to have seen the Jaguars since inception, so no real need to break out the history books or Lost Treasures of the NFL.

And we jump....

Though the franchise first kicked off in 1995, we have had some great moments in our 16 seasons.  Although most of them came in our first 6 seasons, we accomplished quite a bit in our brief history.  To put this in perspective, The Texans have yet to make the playoffs since they joined the NFL in 2002.  We were in the AFC Championship Game 2 times in 5 seasons.

I've put together a poll of events I thought were worth mention.  Feel free to criticize, slam, agree, whatever you wish.  But please justify.  We've got a hell of a lot of dead time.  I think this can be fun and a nice trip back in time when we didn't worry about things like tarps (which should probably have been on since the start), blackouts, and franchise relocation.  There was a time in the not too distant past when these guys owned this city and Alltel Stadium was the place to be on a Sunday morning.  I believe we can get back to that at Everbank Field sooner than later.

If some of you newer fans would like some explanation of my commentary attached with the poll, feel free.
