Cecil Shorts was a man amongst boys in Division III, but his ball catching skills are pro ready and his production speaks for itself. His forty times in the combine were in the 4.5s but as this video proves he can actually run a blazing 4.30. I believe Gene found us a star and I also think he will be the starting slot receiver on opening day. What is your opinion?
