Well, it certainly seems that's what this reporter is saying.  However, I have never heard of Bill Burt or the North Andover (Mass.) Eagle-Tribune, and I find it "interesting" that such an obscure newspaper would be the one to break such a huge story. But, since we are all eagerly awaiting any break in this lockout, I guess we can get excited over this news:
