The salary cap is set to see some established players cut and late additions to the upcoming free agency class.
This ESPN article speculates on who could be on the chopping block.

Slightly different figures from an earlier article but worth noting the Jags are in an excellent situation regarding the cap which is set to be set at $120m.
Whether by design or not, with us having only a few of our own free agents and a few rookies to sign we will have lots of room to make a splash in free agency. We will actually have to to reach the cap floor.
Also, as the article implies several established players will be cut to get their teams cap room giving us more options and probably less competition for the ones we do want. If Gene has planned this all along it's clever of him.
We can re-sign our free agents like Marcedes to longterm deals and attract a couple of league proven players to boot.
Bring on free agency - should be a good one for us!
