Blaine Gabbert comes in at #2 on this list with a 75 overall rating. In comparison Cam Newton rated the highest at a 77 overall and Jake Locker, drafted before Blaine, is number 3 at a 74 overall. I don't have Garrards ratings at hand but he has always been an mid-80s high-70s QB so look for Blaine to be a feasible backup in game situations.
