Walter Football really bothers me
I know during the draft Walter Football is a big site to go to. He always underminds Gene Smith and mocks him for his drafts (only takes captains and 4 yr starters etc etc) He has continued his bash of Gene and the Jaguars during free agency. Also he does not understand the Jaguars and other teams NEED to spend in FA in order to get their cap up. He really grinds my gears
Jaguars sign OLB Clint Session (5 years, $30 million): MILLEN Grade
Umm... what!? Are the Jaguars absolutely insane? Clint Session is a marginal starter in this league. The track history of Colts players contributing elsewhere is pretty bleak. Yet, Jacksonville is giving Session $30 million? Session must have a picture of owner Wayne Weaver whacking off to porn, or something, because I just don't get this. It's a move Matt Millen would be proud of, so I'm giving this the 100-percent USDA Man MILLEN Grade.
Jaguars sign LB Paul Posluszny (6 years, $42 million): C- Grade
As a Penn state fan and alumnus, I love Paul Posluszny, but $42 million over six years is just way too much. Posluszny is a good player, but he's not great. A team like Jacksonville, however, has to overpay a bit to land free agents, so I'm not going to give them a D or an F, or anything. Still though, I'm a bit confused. The Jaguars drafted for the future when they selected Blaine Gabbert with the 10th pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. So why are they spending so much money now if they're in rebuilding mode? Seems a bit wishy-washy to me.

damn, this guy is an idiot.
This is just one guy’s opinion right?
TOOL..
that cat is thinking about another guy whacking his johnson. dont think i would ever have used that analogy..wtf?
He's a weasel hiding behind a keyboard!
I’ve always thought that site was a bit fishy. It appears that he reads real scouts opinions and then he adds his own opinion and tries to spin it like he is some genius. I just stopped going to the site.
Thanks for hating

for one, the "whacking off to porn" line absolutely destroys any credibility he thinks he has
Also, there are so damn many of these sites out there, and there’s a pretty good reason why these guys run sites and are not in NFL personnel departments.
I’m all for entertainment, but when these guys obviously have an agenda, well, why bother giving their website any traffic, unless you’re a sadist?
Hmmm
“The track history of Colts players contributing elsewhere is pretty bleak.” Guess he’s never heard of Mike Peterson.
I think it's funny
I have never been to walterfootball before yesterday, but apparently a good amount of people visit that site for updates and fantasy info.
There’s plenty of Jags doubt, hate, and fear out there. Just add this guy to the list.
All the more fun when we dominate them.

I honestly don’t know why people read his site. He’s a complete amateur who’s clueless about most teams.
Well, he's good for fantasy football, admittedly.
Everything else though? Not so much.
I still find it funny how he tried to argue with me about Everbank being “half-full” for opening day and when I showed him pictures of the stadium, he just kinda gave up and shut up.
I disagree vehemently
Walter Football does a great job of being current and giving us fans what we want which is comparisons and ratings in easy to understand and follow links.
In a easy to follow format that the big sites like ESPN and CSS and even NFL.com could learn from.
What you and I don’t like about the site is his opinion not his methodology. He is obviously not a Jags fan and is big-market-centric like most of the moronic media. I still go there throughout the whole NFL cycle because I know he will strive to have the latest stuff and it will be easy to find and comprehensive. If it wasn’t relevant it wouldn’t keep showing up at the top of Google searches and you guys wouldn’t keep going back!
So let’s just agree to disagree with his opinions but continue to take advantage of his excellent commitment to the cause.
What could of happened; did.
