He is still young and a better fit for a 4-3 than the 3-4 he was in. Now that he has been released, he can probably be had on the cheap. I think we need depth at the position and definitely need people to rotate in and out should Knighton not get himself in shape and play this season.
At 24, he can still revive himself and have a modest career somewhere. I doubt he will cost us much.
