2 TIght ends?  Baldridge can play tight end as a 6th lineman, so Potter isn't necessary.  Potter can't catch and is a solid blocker, but can't block as well as an O-Lineman.

Only 8 O-Lineman because the 3 back ups Rackley, Moll, and Baldridge can play different positions.  Baldridge can play tackle or guard, Rackley can play Guard and probably center, and Monoll can play guard or tackle.  Spitz can slide over to Center if Meester goes down, and Moll can step up. (knock on wood)

7 Defensive Ends?  I know it's a lot, but the Jaguars want to have a heavy rotation and all those guys are talented, and only 1 has a big contract, Kampman, the rest have low salaries(besides Roth).

6 Linebackers, all those linebacker are talented, and I feel we should play it safe and keep 6.

Only 4 corners?  Bear with me. Prosinski can be a 5th corner if needed, and Daryl Smith can cover well anyway.

Give Matt Turk a break, he had 1 good punt, he's shaking off the rust(and decay).

Practice Squad:

Richard Murphy

Armon Binns

Tommy Galarda

Wade Grayson

Nate Collins

Michael Lockley

Terrell Whitehead

Matt Estrada

Richard Murphy is definitely a talent, needs to stay healthy.  Armon Binns is also a talent, but Newsome seems to be outplaying him, they might flip here though.  Galarda is a good blocker, and a good redzone target.  Grayson is a solid blocker, who can turn into a solid player.  Collins is a good 3 tech DT, no room for him on the roster, with a long hard year of work, he should make roster next year, and may make it if some1 gets hurt(knock on wood). Lockley is a hard-hitting nasty linebacker, but there are more talented LBs on the roster, and he'll be a final cut. Whitehead is liked, but needs to be developed.  Estrada is another hard-hitter, who needs a lot of developing.
