The Jacksonville Jaguars purged some of their roster yesterday to get down to 82 players. That meant the team needed to release two more guys to reach the 80 man roster limit by 4:00 P.M. (EST) today. According to Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times Union, the Jaguars have waived/injured both defensive end Marc Schiechl and center Bradley Vierling. Both players will revert to injured reserve if and when they clear waivers.

This brings the Jaguars roster down to the required 80 man limit.
