Report: Jaguars to release Joey Haynos
Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times Union is reporting via Twitter that the Jaguars will release Joey Haynos today as they continue to trim their roster to 53. Haynos was signed by the Jaguars less than two weeks ago, on August 21. It was speculated by many that the 6'8, 270 pound Haynos was signed more to supplement the offensive line than to provide a pass catcher for the Jacksonville quarterbacks.
With the release of Haynos, the Jaguars have five remaining tight ends listed on their roster. Pro Bowler Marcedes Lewis, Zach Miller, Zach Potter and undrafted rookies Tommy Gallarda and Kyle Miller round out the remaining players at the position.
Following the earlier report of five released players from National Football Post's Aaron Wilson, the Jaguars have 21 more players to cut before tomorrow's deadline to get their roster to 53 players. Any guesses as to who's going to be next?

I like the guy and he got starts and some playing time with hte ones, but I thought Lil’ Boz and Cutrera both looked better.
