Jack Del Rio should most likely be gone as soon. Unfortunatly I do not have faith that Mr. Weaver will fire Jack after this season and at the same time I feel that if he does, he will reward Dirk Koetter for either keeping the team from completely collasping if JDR is fired during the season or fall for the line of "I couldn't install my playbook in the middle of the season and there were too many changes" which then Mr. Weaver hires him on the basis of keeping most of the staff in place.
It kind of pains me to write this but I think there is no chance that help is on the way for the Jaguars. What is needed to help this team. In terms of players we need a stud WR, a decent DB, a punter. I do believe the DL and OL will improve as time goes on, that's not my worry. Player wise I think we're closer than a lot of people think. However a change in the staff is also needed and it's that change that has me the most worried
This team is in the situation where the players were blown up and replaced overall but now it's the coaching staff's turn and I don't believe Mr. Weaver will have the testicular fortitude to hire someone outside the system like Pete Carmichael Jr. or Brian Schottenheimer and will continue to play it safe keeping it safe, thinking he can build a team like the 1970s-era Steelers.
