While many Jaguars fans are still trying to recover from the news that the team has released four year starting quarterback, David Garrard, the Jaguars in the locker room don't seem as surprised.
"The interesting thing was that the players in the Jaguars locker room, they're not that shocked. The guys I talked to in there said that they thought this was an inevitable move. At one point it was going to happen this year, that the move was going to be made.Luke McCown, they said, has played extremely well."
Mark Long of the Associated Press continued to show the players with these same sentiments with a pair of tweets.
When asked whether #Jaguars had lost confidence in Garrard, one player told me "I don't think there was confidence to be lost." Ouch
Yeah, says a ton about how team felt about Garrard RT @eddiegrahamjr: wow that speaks volumes doesn't it
