2012 NFL Playoffs, Giants Vs. Packers Open Thread
In the late game of the day, the New York Giants and the Green Bay Packers will face off for the right to take on the San Francisco 49ers next week in the NFC Championship game. These two teams played during the regular season in a thrilling game that saw the Packers win on a last second Mason Crosby field goal.
I actually like the Giants pass rush to overwhelm a shaky Packers offensive line.

Go Giants.
Gotta support my BC boys: Will Blackmon, Mark Herzlich, Mathias Kiwanuka, and Chris Snee.

Good defense still matters.
Packers can’t stop the Giants. One-sided team will win games, but can it win a Championship?
Packers defense is just not that good
it was bound to bite them in the butt at some point

I think the question is.
Aaron Rodgers clutch? I dont think hes never played from behind in his career.

That double negative has me confused.
Are you saying he’s never played from behind?
Thanks, Skip Bayless.

I think hes proven
That he has clutchness questions. They have 13 points. And he has been wildly innaccurate in this game.

I want Manningham
I think it would be a good fit. I see him as a solid number 2 but in JAX he could prove he is a number 1 WR. Shorts reminds me of him and I think Cecil will pan out eventually
Just cuz you win a Super Bowl
Doesnt mean your Hall of Famer. This is directed towards Aaron Rodgers and Big Ben and Dilfer and Rob Johnson. Qbs active that are hall of famers are Brady, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees. Eli will be close if he wins another super bowl and keeps going. Aaron Rodgers still has a chance.
I'm starting the movement now
Trent Dilfer for Hall of Fame class of 2012!

I Miss Coughlin
Tell me he does not know how to prepare a team for a game. Last thing you can ever say is he is not prepared and does not have his team prepared. What an excellent coach and very deserving of what he gets in this year.
Now that GB is done
It’s time for Mularkey to give Tom Clements a call and see if he wants to come coach Blaine.
I read somewhere that Clements doesn't want to leave GB
