When is the first day to sign...

free agents? What does being a "restricted " free agent mean exactly? I believe that the 2012 free agents from the Colts this year are much more likely to sign elsewhere because of the turmoil within their organization so maybe we can try and sign Robert Mathis instead of Rashean Mathis. Does Reggie Wayne still have enough left in him to make it worth the Jags pursuit and is Garcon an elite receiver on his own?
