Here is a draft chart I made in conjunction with Durst's theory of first rounders and premium postions.

Below is table I made using Durst's theory. I roughly ranked the players (I know the numbers don't add up I changed some and lost track) and bolded the surefire first rounders (17).
The names in italics or crossed out weren't on Durst's list of 32 but I've included them either because I think they should be or because in reality teams don't pick the same BPA and will reach for PON when they have to and some of the depth will come into play. Especially with a swag of successful 3-4 teams at the bottom of the round.
So you simply adjust the charts names and values factor in post FA team needsand presto! you have a perfectly believable mock (that will never happen...)
After the break is my actual draft using this chart and team needs I found trawling around fansites etc.
