Through 10 games with six to play, the Jaguars and Chiefs are still tied for the top pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, although the strength of schedule tiebreaker favors Kansas City.
Although the Jaguars, Browns and Panthers each forced overtime during their respective Week 11 games, none of the three teams were able to earn a victory. With the losses and losses by the Chiefs and Raiders as well, the draft order for the 2013 NFL Draft was unchanged among the top five teams.
