The Jacksonville Jaguars have lost two games in a row, both to AFC East teams and in both games quarterback Chad Henne has struggled. In back-to-back games Henne has completed less than 50 percent of his passes, scored just two touchdowns, and has turned the ball over four times.
While a bit of this is Henne being historically inconsistent, it could also be due to the fact that he's facing off against teams that are very familiar with him. In Henne's time as a starter with the Miami Dolphins, whom he'll be facing on Sunday, he started 15 games against the AFC East with a 6-9 record.
The next two games will also be against AFC East foes as the Jaguars face the Dolphins and then host the New England Patriots. While the Dolphins coaching staff is completely different than when Henne was there, members of the front office who drafted him are still in the building.
It will be interesting to see if Henne continues to struggle against the teams who are most familiar with him or if he can get back on the saddle and look more like the guy against the Houston Texans and Tennessee Titans.
