Patriots vs. Jaguars score update: Jacksonville leads 10-3....wtf

Melina Vastola-USA TODAY Sports

Tom Brady threw two interceptions in the first quarter and was clearly out-played by Chad Henne. It's a Christmas miracle.

The Mayans must have been correct because I woke up in a world this Sunday where the 2-12 Jaguars dominated the 10-4 Patriots in the early going and got out to a 10-0 lead as Chad Henne clearly outplayed Tom Brady.

On the opening drive of the game, Henne connected on passes with Justin Blackmon, Cecil Shorts III, Marcedes Lewis and Montell Owens before finally completing a three-yard touchdown pass to Blackmon. It was the first touchdown on an opening drive for the Jaguars since October...of 2011.

Then, as if that bizarro world of a start wasn't enough, Brady threw an interception on his first pass of the game....to Chris Prosinski. Later in the quarter he threw his second interception of the game to Derek Cox. Everything I know is backwards. Up is down. Red is blue.

The Patriots still have plenty of time to make up the touchdown deficit, and I expect them to, frankly. But this is the weirdest game ever so far.
