The Titans and Jaguars will wrap up disappointing seasons on Sunday in Nashville.
At 2-13, Jacksonville is currently tied for the worst record in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs. Due to their record in conference games, the Jaguars are seeded ahead of Kansas City so if both teams lose on Sunday the Chiefs will pick first. If the Chiefs beat the Broncos and Jacksonville loses to Tennessee, the Jaguars would have the No. 1 pick. Jacksonville will play Sunday without its leading receiver as Cecil Shorts was placed on injured reserve earlier in the week.

Tennessee is not in contention for the No. 1 pick, but the Titans have been slumping recently. Tennessee is 1-4 in its last five games. While the Titans don't have much to play for on Sunday, the game is still important for the development of Jake Locker. Locker is coming off arguably his worst game of the season. He completed just 13-of-30 passes for 140 yards in a 55-7 loss to Green Bay.
Jacksonville knocked off Tennessee 24-19 in the first meeting between the teams.
