Arizona Cardinals personnel man Steve Keim has been linked to the Jaguars general manager position.
The Jacksonville Jaguars search for a new general manager is underway and names are already being floated out as possible replacements for general manager Gene Smith. One name that has been floated out is that of Arizona Cardinals VP of player personnel Steve Keim.

It's also likely that Keim will be promoted to be the general manager of the Cardinals, but he will reportedly draw a lot of interest from other NFL teams looking to fill their general manager position. Keim began his career with the Cardinals in 1999 and was recently promoted to VP of player personnel after the 2012 NFL Draft. He assists in overseeing both the pro and college scouting departments and has extensive college scouting experience. Keim interviewed for the Rams general manager position earlier this year.
