Gene Smith has to go at this point.... just too dismal. Went from verge of playoffs to laughing stock, but he has found some talent... just not enough. I think we could benefit from having Bill Pollian tremendously doubt we can get him though. If not Bill then maybe John Dorsey from Green Bay, you can't deny the man has done a great job with scouting talent for the Pack'
As for Mularkey, I would keep him unless can get Chip Kelly, Brian Kelly, Bill O'Brien, or Jon Gruden. The players all seem to like Mularkey and are finally believing in the system, which does work (see Atlanta.) But like I said I would take any of the other guys over Mike just because they have way more success than Mike does at this point. Ideally Chip or Jon would be amazing for us.
Now for the good stuff... Players!!!

Ryan Clady (if possible) or Andre Smith
2013 NFL Draft
1st round Trade down with Arizona (they seriously need a QB perfect trade bait) for 1st 2nd this year 2nd 3rd next year
(if possible) then trade down again for a 1st and 2nd
1st round pick - David Amerson CB (6'3 and if not the best corner one of the top 3 would be perfect with Cox and DRC)
2nd round 1st pick - Jonathon Franklin RB (Would compliment MoJo very nicely or be an every down back if needed)
2nd round 2nd pick - Bacarri Rambo S (Talented safety that knows how to get turnovers)
2nd round 3rd pick - Dion Jordan DE (At almost 6'7 250 incredible speed and hard hitting, wait till he adds weight could be better than Julius Peppers)
3rd round - Joseph Fauria TE (6'7 knows how to block and get open good hands too)
4th round - whichever is available Marcus Davis WR (6'4 230 big body redzone target) or Da'Rick Rogers (Julio Jones clone)
5th round - Adrian Bushell CB (great in coverage, smart and quick to the ball. Also excellent in special teams)
6th round - Brandon Jenkins DE (Got injured so we can steal him late, is a Beast!!)
7th Round - Mark Jackson OT (Why not strike gold twice from Glenville State, literally just throws guys around)
UDFA
Kenny Tate OLB Maryland
Kiko Alonso ILB Oregon
Bruce Taylor ILB VTech
Josh Boyce WR TCU
Marquess Wilson WR (if he goes undrafted)
Prentiss Wagner DB Tenn
Kyle Long OT Oregon
There is one exception to this list I left out because he is undeclared as of yet and that is Andrew Jackson from Western Kentucky. I would draft him period, can you say Ray Lewis the second coming! BEAST MODE!!! lol
