Jets vs. Jaguars final score: Jacksonville offense is inept in 17-10 loss

Chad Henne completed 21-of-43 pass attempts against the Jets for 185 yards and two interceptions to finish with a 41.3 passer rating.

It was a familiar sight on Sunday as the Jaguars struggled to put points on the board in a 17-10 loss to the Jets that drops the Jaguars to 2-11 on the season.

Throughout the game the Jaguars struggled to move the ball, as Chad Henne couldn't break 200 yards receiving, despite throwing the ball more than 40 times. While Montell Owens played well in the place of Maurice Jones-Drew and Rashad Jennings, a rough third quarter for the Jaguars forced the team to throw the ball often and it was an unsuccessful venture.

Henne certainly wasn't helped by a receiving corps that had plenty of drops (particularly, undrafted rookie Kevin Elliott) and an offensive line that gave up three relatively easy sacks; however, he was inaccurate for most of the game and checked down on most pass plays.

With the loss, the Jaguars are still in a tie with the Chiefs for the NFL's worst record and are close to clinching a top three pick after the Panthers and Eagles both won.
