1. MICHAEL FLOYD- OH my goodness is he looking like a Larry Fitzgerald clone. And guess what hes faster 4.47 that's faster than A.J Green ran last years combine. The only thing holding him back is his off the field issues, otherwise i think he not Justin Blackmon would be the first Wr drafted. On physical talent alone he's above the rest of his class, with AlshonJeffrey a close second depending on his fortytime. This is a 6'3 220 pound Full grown man who put up monster numbers with weak quarterback play two years in a row, this is no one hit wonder. Hes the real deal and Jacksonville would be crazy to not look at him I'm telling you here and now hes Going to be a absolute match up nightmare for and cornerback. The crazy thing is he hasn't even come close to being the receiver he could be. With Jerry Sullivan as his coach he could be a All pro. I think he can be to Gabbert what Johnson is to Shaub.
T.2Justin Blakmon- Although i was disappointed he didn't run the 40, he looked to par in the gallant drills. I have to admit i didn't know he was as smooth in the hips as he was he makes it look so easy getting in and out of cuts and he has elite body control. If he runs 4.5 hes sure to be gone by the time jax picks with S.T Louis noticeably lusting all over him. Hes shorter than i thought at 6'0 but that wont be a huge obstacle. Other than that hes as advertised. His 40 time will be real important i think he has to run at least low 4.5s to be a top 10 pick.
T.2 Kendall Wright- He is still my favorite player of the draft. And i would have to believe hes closer to 4.4 than 4.6, which are the two times he ran. He didn't seem to get a good start on either one but theirs no way hes going to run 4.6 again cant wait until his pro day. This is still the deep threat of this years class and hes as gifted as any of the other WRs in this class. He plays with heart and yes hes short at 5'10 but hes not small he weighs almost 200 pounds. Look carefully to whos on the other end of all of those highlight reel touchdowns RG3 was throwing. He will run faster at his pro day and that will boost his stock back up.
3. Alshon Jeffrey. This is where the wild card lays. This year i was for sure he would come out and double up on his outstanding sophmore season but it didnt happen. First of all he let himself go in the off-season, he looked chubby even for a Tight End . On top of poor quarterback play he was doomed from the start. But when hes on there is nobody that can take over a game like he can in this draft class of talented WRs. He makes bad throws look so pretty espicially when hes jumping in the air he has Calvin Johnson type of leaping ability. He came to the combine all chizzled down from 230lbs to 216. If he runs 4.5 he could leap frog Blackmon and Floyd on some draft boards. He can be as good as he wants to be and somebody is going to get a steal if he falls to the mid to late 1st round. No way he falls to the 2nd.
4.Marvin Mcnutt- If this years draft wasn't so full of talented WRs he would be a late 1st round pick. This guy can flat out catch the ball. He was another person that didnt have very good qb play but still seemed to stick out like a sore thumb for his team in a good way. I liked Criner Or Sanu here but they both ran like defensive ends yesterday both running an embarrassing 4.67 although both should still be productive at the next level. Mcnutt for now but who knows.
