The Jacksonville Jaguars should be in play for one of the top wide receivers in free agency. One of those players many have marked as a possible Jaguars target is pending unrestricted free agent wide receiver Marques Colston, who might not stay with the New Orleans Saints. According to Tony Pauline, Colston isn't looking for that big of a contract.
The buzz around Indianapolis is receiver Marques Colston is looking for a contract in the range of $7 million per year.
That type of contract for Colston is actually cheaper than I would have expected and oddly enough is equal to the contract that Pierre Garcon reportedly turned down from the Indianapolis Colts. If that's the kind of money Colston is looking for, I'm not sure what Garcon expects to get in the open market. At that price however, Colston should definitely be a Jaguars target and may mean some of the other receivers may not be all that expensive.
