2) I think the only team interested may be Philadelphia. Tebow could sit behind a successful "athletic/running" QB. Vick started off as more of running QB, but has since learned to lean more on his passing skills over time. Vince Young is currently a Free Agent and I think Tebow could easily take his place with the Eagles. If Tebow truly has what it takes to become a true NFL QB, I believe this would be the best scenario for him to develop and prove it.
