I know those who are fans of Tebow are just licking their lips with the thought of Tebow wearing #15 in Black and Teal. For those who are apart of this Mania, i'm sorry you have to read this but guess what? Tebow does Not belong in Jax. Let me explain: First off, anyone who knows Anything about football will tell you after watching Tebow that he is Not an NFL Quarterback. Once again, i repeat, Tebow is NOT an NFL quarterback. 1)Jacksonville traditionally keeps 2 QB's on the 53 man roster, which the Jaguars already have (Gabbert and Henne). 2)Tebow is also Not a Runningback, or Fullback, for that matter. Ask yourself, would you Really want to Take Away carries from MOJO or R. Jennings, or would you rather have Tebow being a Lead Blocker for MOJO instead of Greg Jones? 3)Tebow is neither a WR or a TE. Now ask yourself this question, would you really want to have to take away a roster spot for a pure WR or TE just to keep Tebow on the roster? 4)Trading for Tebow would not only be a Waste of a roster spot but a Waste of a Draft pick. Everyone keeps saying that if we "trade for Tebow it will boost sales and make people come to the stadium!" Now seriously, if Tebow is NOT playing and would you pay Good $Money$ to see Tebow be a bench warmer? If, Tebow, and once again i say if, Tebow were to be traded to the Jaguars would it sell a few jerseys and maybe one or two tickets? Yeah, i'm not that nieve. But honestly it would do more Harm then Good. It would bring a Circus to Jacksonville, and not a good one. Yeah the spotlight would be on Jacksonville, but only waiting for Gabbert to fail so the fans could chant in the stadium Hailing Tebow's name. If Gabbert had one bad throw, in the preseason, atleast half of the fans would be rioting for Tebow and that would produce a PR nightmare. Am i saying there's absolutely NO way Tebow will be traded to Jax? Absolutely not. I have no clue what will happen. We all know what Khan said, as much as it was taken out of context, about Tebow and what he would have done if he was the current Owner during the '10 NFL Draft. Remember one thing however, we "allegedly" know that Khan has left the Roster decisions up to Gene Smith. Love me, Hate me, dispute the facts, that's fine, but it's pretty obvious that Tebow is Not a Good fit as a Jacksonville Jaguar.
