While much of the national attention on the Jaguars has centered on the offense and failed attempt to trade for Tim Tebow, the signings of defensive end Jeremy Mincey, safety Dwight Lowery and cornerback Rashean Mathis mean the team will have 10 defensive starters back from last season when the unit ranked sixth in the NFL.
