First Post, 2012 NFL Mock Draft.
Trades are included, let me know what you think
7th Pick traded to Cleveland for 22nd, 37th, and 2013 2nd round pick. Cleveland moves up in front of Miami to snag Tannehill.
With 22nd pick the Jags take WR from Baylor Kendall Wright.
Afraid that DE Shea McClellin who is on top of their board won’t make it to the 37th pick the Jags trade up with New England (who they tend to make a lot of deals with) for the 27th pick giving up the 38th and their original 2013 2nd rounder.
With the 27th pick the Jags take DE from Boise State Shea McClellin.
With pick number 37 Jacksonville doubles up on DE with Chandler Jones out of Clemson.
Round 3, the 70th pick the 2nd best TE Dwayne Allen from Clemson slips down and the Jags take him.
Round 4 pick 101 WR Ryan Broyles. He’s coming off an injury but should be able to compete for a starting position in 2013.
The rest of the rounds I’m not even going to try and speculate. Look for people who don’t nessisarily have the best tape but have good measurable ie: fast 40’s so usually skill players. If you look at Genes drafts from the 4th on he’s taken 4 WR’s, 4 DB’s, 2 RB’s, a flex TE and 2 DE’s. 11-2 skill position vs. Big Guys. I’d say the trend continues.
