According to the New York Times our new owner Shad Khan business Flex n' Gate operated a plant in Michigan that supposedly violated environmental codes. Several of the workers gathered outside Radio City Music Hall demanding that the league make Khan apologize and clean up the affected area. The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality has found no evidence to back up the claims, but does plan to test new ground and water samples in the future.
