I'm only posting this so that I can get some clarification: It seems every year Gene’s initial re-building plan number changes. Last year everyone was saying "Gene always said it would be a 3 year plan"…now all of this off season I’ve heard it was a four year plan til we are to be "consistent playoff contenders". As of tonight I've now even heard it’s a five year plan! Lol…

Does anyone have a first/second year article/interview where Gene actually says how long this building process was actually planned to be? Kinda difficult to judge a man on a scale he set if no one even knows the correct number. I'm sure I've heard everything from three to five years by Jags fans everywhere. When can I say, "Gene...time's up." Show me the wins?" What's the consensus?
