Many fans have forgotten about Oklahoma’s star WR Ryan Broyles. Largely due to a season ending injury suffered against Texas A&M on Nov. 5. Prior to his season ending injury, Broyles was considered one of the best WRs in college football. Broyles was projected to be a first round pick in this year’s NFL draft.
Broyles is doing some route running now, but is not back to full speed just yet. Broyles plans to have a workout for pro scouts in April before the NFL draft. Broyles could be a solid slot receiver in the NFL standing 5-10 and weighing 190lbs. At Oklahoma Broyles showed great hands, toughness to make catches over the middle, and speed to get deep. Broyles was arrested his freshman year for stealing gas from a closed gas station.
One team will take a chance on Broyles and draft him late. How would you feel about the Jaguars being that team?
