I wrote in today's paper that he is looking to prove he can keep his weight under control, and took the first step by coming into the Jaguars offseason program in better shape than when last the Jaguars saw him. In fact, Knighton said he's in the best shape he's been in since his rookie year. Knighton still has some weight to lose to get to his ideal playing weight, which is in the 330s or 340s, but this is a good start.
