Jacksonville Jaguars defensive tackle Terrance Knighton suffered a serious eye injury back in April, as a glass bottle was broken across his face/head in an altercation in a Jacksonville night club. Early on there were fears that Knighton's NFL career could be in jeopardy, after two procedures on his eye he's been getting some good news.

Knighton was back at the Jaguars facility a few weeks ago and even tweeted that he was back lifting again. I can't imagine he's doing any significant or heavy lifting yet, but it's good to hear that he seems to be ahead of schedule. Originally, it was believed that Knighton would miss at least three months, placing his return around the start of Jaguars training camp. Good news is good news however and hopefully Knighton's recovery continues to be a quick one.
