Ok, so we all watched last season. And we all probably know the excuses/reasons Gabbert had for having a poor season.

And then we sign Chad Henne. Chad Henne is going into his 5th season as a professional Quarterback. His career in Miami has involved many ups and downs, where he showed that he could play at the NFL level in some games, and then completely struggled in others. Henne's career in Miami ended last season after going on IR with a shoulder injury.

So, who is Chad Henne to the Jaguars? What do we have to look forward to with our quarterback situation this year, and the next?

It's pretty simple really. Chad Henne's role on the team is nothing but a back-up. Simply put: He is not the long-term answer for the Jaguars. There is no doubt in my mind that Blaine Gabbert will be the day 1 starter in 2012.

We are All In with Gabbert. And If it were me, that's how I would keep it til year's end, barring injury of course.

There is no point in benching Gabbert for Henne. Say we start the season 0-6, or 1-5. Do we bench Blaine then and try and salvage our season? What would be the point in that? We would have missed playoffs already, and we know Chad Henne is not going to be a Superbowl caliber quarterback. He had 4 years to prove that in Miami and failed.

The smart and only thing to do is go All In for Blaine Gabbert and let him play the entire season. If we end up 0-16, we will for sure replace him with the first overall pick in 2013.
