NFL Network is in the midst of their rankings of the top 100 players of 2012 and there has yet to have been a Jaguars player named to the list. Players 21-100 have already been revealed, and while an argument can certainly be made for a few Jaguars players that likely deserve a spot, like last year, it appears that only running back Maurice Jones-Drew will make the list.
According to Tania Ganguli, the reigning NFL rushing champion will make his appearance on the list on Wednesday night when NFL Network reveals players 11-20. That will be a step up for the three-time All-Pro who finished 30th on the 2011 version of the list.
Jones-Drew will finish ahead of several Pro Bowl running backs including Ray Rice, Arian Foster, Frank Gore, Matt Forte and Steven Jackson.
The episode will premiere Wednesday, June 20 at 8 p.m. ET with a reaction show immediately following the conclusion of the reveal.
