As more details surface regarding the arrest of Jaguars first round pick Justin Blackmon, the worse the incident appears. In the latest update via Seattle Times, Stillwater police spokesman Capt. Randy Dickerson said in a statement that Blackmon blew a .24 into the breathalyzer before his arrest. Blackmon was reportedly pulled over for driving 60 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone and driving left of center.

For perspective, a .08 blood alcohol content is above the legal limit to drive and .27 is labeled as "death possible" on this BAC chart via Brad21.org.

"He was unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and his eyes were glassy and blood shot," Dickerson said in a statement. "He admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving."

Per the Oklahoman, Blackmon posted $1,000 bond and was released from Payne County jail at 12:45 PM local time this afternoon. No statement has been released by the Jaguars.
