Jacksonville Jaguars first-round pick Justin Blackmon will be back in Jacksonville today to hold a press conference at 1:15 p.m. ET to talk about his aggravated DUI arrest in Stillwater, OK over the weekend. While it's nice to see Blackmon and the Jaguars address the issue in a public fashion so quickly, there's not much Blackmon can really say at the press conference.

Blackmon put in a plea of not guilty at his arraignment on Monday, which means that leading up to his court date on July 24, anything he says can be used against him if the case moves to trial or even if he pleas to a lesser charge. I wouldn't expect Blackmon to talk about the DUI directly or directly apologize for it because of that. While that stinks to some degree and will come off to some as him not address the issue, he really just can't.

I'd imagine he'll say something in regards to being sorry for putting the franchise and the city in a negative light, but will have to allow the legal process to work it's way out.
