Football season is back! Well at least the training camp, practice and preseason portion and we're ready to welcome it with open arms. Wide open, like the Jags receivers, am I right? I digress. For those that are familiar with the Bold City Brigade, you've probably heard about their planned event at Green Room Brewery in Jacksonville Beach this Thursday. If you're not familiar with the group, this event is your perfect opportunity to join some of the most passionate Jaguars fans in the the area for a good beer and a great time. The event takes place from 6:30pm - 9:30pm and will feature: 2012 season ALL IN t-shirts, trivia contests, raffle prizes, beer specials and plenty of football talk.

Speaking of the new season, the Brigade has plans for that too. Some of the topics that wil be covered during the event will feature plans for game day tailgating, away game viewing parties and possible road trips. Including a trip to Miami, to show our neighbors to the south exactly how DUVAL does football.

This is more than a casual fan organization. We are Bold City Brigade (BCB) – an independent, grassroots supporters group for the National Football League’s Jacksonville Jaguars. This movement cannot be silenced by critics, the media, or by opposing fans. The group is created by the fans, for the fans. Our focus is to engage and unite Jaguars followers from all walks of life, but particularly those who have grown with the franchise since its inception. The Brigade will only get stronger and build as a fan base, now and into the future, as the movement spreads throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Our long-term goal is to cultivate and grow our fanbase locally, regionally, and nationally through our mutual passion for team and city and establish, officially or unofficially, a Supporters Section during home games.
