Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan has made waves in his short tenure as the owner of the team just nine months in. He's already setup a deal to play four games in London, in an effort to globalize and expand the Jaguars brand, as well as help grow the city of Jacksonville with some international business opportunities.
"It's absolutely been a joy of a lifetime being here," Khan said at the Jaguars 2012 Kickoff Luncheon on Wednesday afternoon. "In nine months, if there's one thing I've learned it's that this team is important to you and I think you care very deeply about the Jaguars. This is a tall responsibility."
Khan is also seemingly excited about the football team going forward and confident in the people he has in place.
"I think as we move forward were going to surprise a lot of people," said Khan. "We're going to win together, we're going to make Jacksonville proud and we're going to make history together."
